A sticker album where every sticker is someone from your group: a school, a sports club, a daycare, a workplace, a college, an event, a community group or a family. People collect the packs, swap their doubles and keep the album.

The person who organizes asks for it in “Start an album”, with the groups (classes, teams, departments) and the dates. We check with the organization that this person represents it, then approve the album. Until then, no link works.

No. There is no upfront cost and no stock to sell: we design, print, pack and deliver, and each family or person buys what they want. For schools and clubs, a share of every sale goes back to the organization.

Prices are set for each album from its real orders. During pre-order you see a price range and reserve without paying; when the price is published you see it before you pay.

Each person decides for themselves, and a parent or guardian decides for a child, through the link of their group. Nobody is added from a list, and an organizer, a teacher or a coach never decides for someone else.

A first name, the first letter of the last name, the group and the photo or drawing the parent chose. Nothing else: no full surname, no birth date, no address.

The photo is only cropped and placed on the sticker. It is never sent to an AI image generator and never used to train one. It is stored in Canada.

Yes. Each person, or the parent of a child, sees the finished sticker and approves it. Nothing is printed without that approval.

Yes, at any time, in My albums. Before the album's list is final, the person is removed from it; after that, they are left out of every later print.

60 days after the album's sales close, with every edited copy and the album files.

No. Being in the album never depends on buying, and the people who run the album never see what anyone bought.

Before the price is set, you say what you want. A reservation charges nothing and you can change or cancel it until pre-order closes. When the price is published, we email you and you decide then.

Five stickers at random. Doubles are part of the fun: swap them. In the last month of sales you can order the stickers you still miss by number.

Yes. In My albums, make a purchase link and share it yourself. It works for two weeks and shows only products and prices; their order is delivered with yours.

Payment happens on Stripe's secure page. Your card details never reach Ourstix. HST is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

Paid orders are printed in batches every two weeks and delivered to the group: the class, the team, the room or the organization. Family albums are mailed to the address you type at checkout, with the shipping shown before you pay. We email you when your order is delivered or mailed.

Yes, until your order goes into a print batch: open your order, signed in, and cancel. Everything you paid goes back to your card, tax included.

Open your order and choose “Need help with this order?”. We send the items again, free, with the next batch; if that is not possible, we refund them. Stickers chosen by number are replaced, not refunded.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.

In the swap area, mark the numbers you have twice and the ones you miss. When someone has what you need and needs what you have, you both see each other's first name, group and the numbers. You swap in person.

Only when you can make a new swap, at most one email a day, and never with names. Leave the swap area at any time to stop.

Totals by group, the album to approve, and the registrations to confirm. Never who declined, and never what anyone bought. A teacher or coach sees only their own group. In a workplace, only the organizers confirm registrations.

For schools and clubs, your share of net sales (without tax and refunds) is paid after each batch is delivered, and your dashboard shows what you earned and received.

With your email: we send a one-time code. There is no password to remember.

Yes, the public site is in English and French. Consent in French is available for schools; for other groups it comes after a legal review.
